J Rohleder Law, PLLC
Dedicated to providing high quality, ACCESSIBLE legal services for energy & environmental technology companies
We work almost exclusively with early stage companies and small businesses. We are proud to be counsel-in-residence for Potential Energy DC, the first technology incubator in the DC-metro area focused entirely on energy solutions, and considered the best place to start an energy company in the region.
Jennifer has also been recognized as a Slicing Pie Friendly Attorney by Mike Moyer, author of Slicing Pie: Fund Your Company Without Funds. Slicing Pie is a universal model for splitting equity fairly in an early stage company. This is the only model that is flexible enough to re-allocate equity so that the distribution remains fair throughout the early development of the company. J. Rohleder Law has worked with dozens of companies to successfully implement this model in their businesses.
